Access and Arrival at the Port

Reserved Parking and Access at the Port

4 Parking Spaces

How to Recognize Reserved Spaces

Parking spaces are located nearest to the entrance, 30 meters from the pier. No obstacles are present, but the area is under construction so assistance may be needed. Parking is free for people with disabilities.

Parking Cost for Disabled Spaces

Parking is completely free for holders of valid disability permits or certificates in all designated accessible spaces. Simply display your permit clearly on the dashboard. No payment or validation is required for accessible parking spaces. This applies to both short-term boarding and extended port stays.

Ticket Counter

Multiple Ways to Purchase Tickets

Persons with mobility disabilities can purchase tickets online or at the ticket office, but it is better to call first and mention that they are PRM passengers, so that they can claim the discount, ranging from 50%-100%.

Ticket Counter Location and Wayfinding

The ticket counter is located in the port near the customer's office. It is rather small, so the employee will help you with your ticket - you only need to ask. There is no crowd; only one person works in the office and is very polite and communicative. Other employees in the port who work in shipping and import of ships are willing to help.

Accessible Map

Partially Accessible Port Walkways

Advance Boarding Assistance

At the time of ticket purchase, passengers with disabilities can request boarding assistance.

Trained Boarding Staff

The boarding staff will be trained to provide assistance to persons with locomotor disabilities during the Danova Next project. This service will be free with no extra costs.

Useful procedures to be implemented to provide the correct assistance

Assistance Request at Ticket Purchase

People with locomotor disabilities can request assistance from the moment of purchasing their ticket, if they call in advance and request it.

Priority Boarding

Persons with locomotor disabilities have priority boarding and access to all areas of the ship.
